Gore Brothers is pleased to offer a court reporter training program at our location in Downtown Baltimore, blocks away from the Inner Harbor. Baltimore City Community College's Business and Continuing Education Division oversees all grade, attendance, completion and certification processing, Gore Brothers handling registration and space facilitation for the program. The goal of the program is to give the training, practice tools and practical insight into the profession to become a reporter in the legal environment or to pursue careers in CART and captioning.

If you are looking to embark on a new and exciting career, or have thought about a career change and think court reporting might be the answer, you’ve come to the right place. The Maryland Community College System's Court Reporter Training Program is the place to train for the exciting and financially rewarding profession of court reporting. Aside from the requirement that applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be proficient in English, grammar and punctuation, there are no other “pre-requisites” or previous education necessary to enter our program.
